Michael McLeod-Cobb is a Partner with McLeod Sears where he focuses on growing the McLeod Sears portfolio through new development, acquisitions and strategic opportunities, overseeing the family’s current real estate portfolio, and on managing key client relationships with retailers.



Prior to real estate, McLeod-Cobb had a brand management career with Proctor and Gamble where he led the growth of multiple billion dollar consumer product brands. McLeod-Cobb has a B.S. in Business Management with honors from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and an active father and husband to his sons, Henry and Oliver, and wife, Meredith. He is focused on stillbirth reduction through his son’s non-profit, Oliver’s Way.
